How to Verify Paypal Account and Withdraw using Landbank Visa Debit Card

Add your Landbank Visa Debit Card:

• Log in to your Paypal Account. You will see an “Add a card” or “Link a Card” option either on the Summary or Wallet tab.
• Enter your 16-digit Account Number and expiry date found on the front portion of the card. The 3-digit CVV is found at the back.
• After adding your debit card, go to the Summary or Wallet tab again then click the Card you just added. This will change the card status to “Ready to Confirm.”

Get your 4-digit code:

You will have to call the Landbank Helpdesk to get the code after 2 working days. For the toll free hotline, dial 1-800-10-405-7000 or for phone access, dial (02) 405-7000.

• Note: Paypal will charge 100 php upon adding your card. The charged fee will create the 4-digit EXPUSE code.

You will have to talk to a banker who will then verify your personal details, such as name, birthdate, address, and account number, to make sure you are the owner of the card. The banker will either call you back after asking for your telephone number or hold the call then finally give the EXPUSE code.

• Note: You can also use the term PAYPAL CODE instead of EXPUSE CODE when inquiring to the banker.

Verify your Paypal Account:

Log in to your Paypal Account. You can either click “Confirm Card” on the left side of your account summary or on the Wallet tab.

Enter the 4-digit code and then you’re done!

• Verifying your Paypal Account lifts withdrawal limits.
• The charged fee of 100 php will be credited back on your card although it may take a few more days.

Withdraw using your Landbank Visa Debit Card:

With Landbank Visa Debit Card, you can also use it to withdraw your funds.

On the Summary or Wallet tab, click “Add a Bank Account” or “Link a Bank Account.”

Enter your 10-digit Savings Account (SA) number found on the front portion of your card.

• No need to verify or confirm a bank account to enable withdrawal process.

For the Bank code, enter 010350025.

Click Withdraw funds then enter your desired amount.

• For 7,000 php above, there is no withdrawal fee.
• For 6,999 php below, 50 php will be charged.
• After confirming your withdrawal, an email will be sent with the transaction details including the estimated date you will see the withdrawn fund in your savings account. It usually takes 2-4 working days before it will be credited to your account.
• Note: 100 php will also be charged for Paypal-Landbank transfer.

For example, you will withdraw 500 php. A charge fee of 50 php will be deducted. So 450 php will be left. (This transaction detail will be shown upon entering your desired amount so you are informed.)

After you confirm your withdrawal, you will see the transaction status on your Summary or Activity tab. It will be on “Pending” status for the first few minutes then progress to “Completed.”

• Note: “Completed” does not automatically mean the funds are already in your savings account. Wait for 2-4 working days or the estimated date on the email sent.

Going back to our example of withdrawing 500 php:

After receiving the fund in your bank account, you will see only 350 php because 100 php is deducted for Paypal-Land Bank transfer fee.

So in total, 150 php will be charged for the whole withdrawal process. (ATM withdrawal service charge not yet included.)

• For Landbank ATMs, service charge is usually free.

• For non-Landbank ATMs, usually 10 php.
